we had views of the garden. when we came, the owner met us and was nice. think that riverside house is beyond compare.

The rooms are large and the bed is comfy. We greatly enjoyed an iron, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area. Walking distance to the shops and a convenience shop across the street. Apart from that, Bawburgh Golf Club was 25 minutes' drive away.
